Enrolment & Fees
- Fees must be paid before the commencement of classes.
- Payments may be made via PayNow or cash.
- There are no registration fees or material fees.
Refund Policy
- No registration fee is charged.
- No material fee is charged.
- Parents may request a full refund before the child's first scheduled lesson.
- No refunds will be given after the first class has started.
- Refund requests should be made by contacting us via email or phone before classes commence.
Attendance & Make-Up Lessons
- No make-up lessons will be provided for classes missed by students.
Parent Responsibilities
- Parents are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, allergies or special learning needs before the programme starts.
- Parents are expected to ensure that children arrive on time and are collected promptly after class.
Programme Changes
3i Enrichment Centre reserves the right to change class schedules, instructors or programme content where necessary. Parents will be informed of significant changes.
Code of Conduct
We are committed to providing a safe and respectful learning environment. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue enrolment where behaviour seriously affects the safety or learning of others.
